    The pockets have a kind of cotton-tape trim, right? Great fringy hem. I had this skirt in coral, and of course that heart-shaped locket again! I wonder what top I put with it.

      Yes - the pockets have a cotton-tape trim. I have paired the skirt with the short sleeved white blouse.
