This doll came in only one version with several hair colours. She came in a floral sleeveless dress (different patterns), a red belt, a pearl/gold bead choker and shoes (red, black or white).
The dress shown is the more common one.

I don't recall ever seeing any of Tammy's family in the stores. (Believe me, my grandmother took me to the toy section of the local discount department stores as often as she could. She loved to go shopping with me.) I was so surprised as an adult to find Tammy had a whole line of folks!
